Tess Alexander is an Australian Presenter, former Miss World Australia, allied health professional and is on a mission to redefine beauty standards. 

 

Landing her first international modelling contract at the age of 17, Tess has worked in every corner of the globe, modelling for brands such as Vogue, Valentino and Fendi. In 2015 Tess won the coveted title of Miss World Australia, going on to place in the top 10 at the international Miss World competition held in Sanya, China.

 

But throw out everything you know about the term “Beauty Queen” because Tess Alexander’s brand is far more than an image.

 

Although Tess can be seen on billboards at QueensPlaza, Skydiving on Channel 7’s Great Day Out and modelling for Dior and Fendi, Tess Alexanders' brand is far more than an image. 

 

Tess is a fierce advocate for redefining beauty industry standards, using her platform to unpack the link between appearance and self-worth, while breaking down the perception that  “beauty” is only skin deep. Hosting panels, speaking on podcasts or giving live seminars are activities you’ll find Tess doing on a weekly basis. 

 

“We are all so much more than one vertical column” says Tess, "Social Media has pivoted from a place of aspiration to inspiration - it’s an environment where people want raw, intelligent and relatable conversations, and I love that!”

 

And, her career reflects it too! As a presenter, Tess is the voice and face for many brands, representing clients like Automall West and Moët and Chandon.

But, after switching heels for a pair of sneakers, Tess hosts corporate health and wellness sessions, she’s the brand ambassador for the Cancer Council and Cricket Australia’s ‘Boundary Social’.
